I love the grounds and the restaurant, and sitting outside by the fire. We'd requested a king bed and got two doubles which was fine, but the furniture in the room just didn't seem designed for the setup - it was a long reach to the centrally mounted night stand. That said, great experience overall!

The room was spacious, beautiful, and full of natural light — everything I needed for such a special morning. The staff was so kind and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. It truly felt like a dream start to my wedding day! I’m so grateful for the wonderful service and the peaceful, elegant atmosphere that made the morning feel extra special. absolutely stunning hotel!! the room was extremely spacious and i loved the little window bench nook that they had in place. i enjoyed the side tables as they were unique and not something you’d see in your average hotel. the bed was comfortable and the blankets were nice. there was an extra blanket provided on the end of the bed which was a nice touch when it got chilly at night. the grounds were absolutely phenomenal, and the little hang out spots were super cozy. to get nit picky, i will say there were quite a few cups laying around outside from the restaurant on site, but that’s more so complaining about the people who sit outside and not the staff, there is plenty of garbage cans nearby to throw away your own cups, i don’t think it’s the restaurant staffs job to clean up after grown adults who choose to sit outside. there are also quite a few steps to additional floors, if you do not stay on the first ground level there is no elevator to get your luggage up which was a surprise to not only me and my boyfriend but also other guests on site. it’s an old building that’s been kept up well so i can’t complain much, just something to keep in mind and request a ground floor for if you have a hard time carrying things up stairs or have accessibility issues. nonetheless, this is by far my favorite property to stay at and i will be visiting again! what a wonderful place to stay!! i highly recommend to anyone who is staying in the area. p.s this property is way nicer and prettier than the sleepy hollow hotel located down the street, as that one is way dingier in person than it is pictured online. we are extremely happy we chose this over the sleepy hollow hotel and recommend the same choice to anyone staying in the area!

We did enjoy our one night stay, but if the staff we encountered had been a little friendlier, it would have been a perfect stay. It's a nice property with cute spots outside to wander around. Our room was nice, but we could hear the neighbors over top of us and beside us..... very thin walls and ceiling. I loved the bathroom. The shower was great and their toiletries are heavenly! The blackout shade was a nice touch to keep the morning light out and let us linger in bed a little longer than we were expecting.

This property is not all connected so expect some hills and uneven terrain while moving from place to place. There are also lots of small staircases to traverse when getting to your rooms. We had some issues with stairs and someone in our group who has some mobility weakness. The parking lots are quite a walk away from the rooms. The bathrooms are tiny! The shower and toilet are barely the size of a closet and one sink outside the bathroom door. Beds were comfy and window seat was a nice touch. Breakfast is in another building and is buffet style at $30 a day per person. Great choices for food and good service. We did not get to try the restaurant on site while there. There’s a small shop for food and drinks near the front desk and some great grab and go breakfast choices like muffins and pastry. All in all it was a beautiful place, but if you have any issues with walking I wouldn’t recommend.

Where shall I begin? I called this property on Tuesday and wanted to spend two nights but didn’t know where. I called to inquire about their services as we wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Prior to booking, Perry Hirsch, whom we’ve never met, answered my phone call and he was very warm, welcoming and friendly. Basically, we were sold right after we spoke to him as we knew that’s the type of service we were looking for. Tim was very professional and had a great attitude. James, the overnight front desk was phenomenal. He gave my husband a tour and treated us like family. The property is beyond clean, beautiful and perfect in every way. Probably, the best hotel stay we have ever had! We will definitely be back soon! Thank you so much! You guys are AWESOME!

My husband and I had the best time. I made a point to get his name, Perry, went out of his way above and beyond for us and was so welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, chic boutique finishes and hospitality was incredible. Would recommend ten fold. Update review: came back for a quick stay with my husband and Perry at the front desk went above and beyond making us feel so welcome. He let us know in depth all of the amenities, local restaurants etc. he is so informative and made this stay (again) so seamless. All staff are so professional and helpful I’m not sure I’ve ever stayed at another hotel with this level of service.

I stayed here for 3 nights while visiting sleepy hollow. I loved every minute of my stay. The drive up to the hotel might be my favorite part of the entire experience. The staff was very friendly while checking in. They were able to make some last minute accomodations for us to make the stay even more comfortable. We stayed on the third floor and had a room that overlooked the courtyard. The bed was comfortable, the towels were soft and the soap and shampoo were luxurious. The hotel was quiet and had quite a bit of good charm. I didn't feel like I was staying in a hotel room rather a guest room in someones house. They have several hang out spot in the courtyard with comfortable seating that was perfect for unwinding at the end of the night. I would absolutely stay here if you're thinking about exploring sleepy hollow and terrytown.
